A 400g pack of shredded kadayıf pastry, the fine dough strands that anchor Middle Eastern desserts like künefe, muhalebi topping and pistachio-stuffed nests. Toss the strands with clarified butter or ghee before you bake and they crisp up gold. Not just for sweet work: layer over cheese and grill until the strands catch. Store frozen until you cook. Contains gluten. Wheat flour based.
