When is the same-day cut-off?

The same-day order cut-off is 2pm (14:00), subject to postcode, stock and daily capacity. Orders placed after the cut-off go on the next available date shown at checkout.

What is the delivery window?

The delivery window is 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm on the date you choose. A time within the window is an estimate unless we expressly confirm a narrower slot.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes. Pick from the next seven available delivery dates at checkout. A date may appear as unavailable when daily capacity is full.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order value is £45, calculated after product discounts and before any delivery charge.

£4.99 flat for eligible orders below £65. Free standard delivery on eligible orders of £65 or more. First-order code WELCOMEHALAL gives free delivery on one qualifying order.

Leave a note at checkout (porch, neighbour, building code) and we'll follow it. Chilled and frozen items won't be left in unsafe conditions.

Yes. Every meat product is sourced from Halal-certified butcher partners and prepared fresh for local delivery. Details are on the Halal Sourcing page.

What types of meat boxes can I choose?

You can choose from our curated halal meat boxes, including chicken, mixed meat, and lamb & beef options. Each box is designed to make ordering simple, with practical cuts for everyday cooking.

How should I store the meat?

Refrigerate or freeze on arrival and follow the use-by date and storage instructions on the label. Do not leave chilled meat unattended after delivery.

Where do I find allergen information?

Every product page lists ingredients and any of the 14 regulated allergens where declared by the supplier. Physical labels supplied with the product remain essential because they carry batch-specific information.

Do you handle cross-contact?

Products are prepared, packed and stored in environments where multiple foods may be present, so cross-contact may be possible. Full details are in the Allergen & Food Safety notice.

Can I place a one-time order?

Yes. Buy Once is selected by default. If you prefer, you can also choose weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly at checkout.

How do Regular Orders work?

If you choose a Regular Order, we'll remind you before each delivery. Your order will be prepared unless you skip, pause or change it before the cut-off.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. Skip the next Regular Order before the cut-off shown in your account or at checkout. The rest of the schedule continues as normal.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. A Regular Order is not a fixed-term contract. Pause or cancel at any time using your account or by contacting us, subject to the cut-off for the next delivery.

What is the cut-off?

Unless otherwise displayed, the cut-off is 48 hours before delivery. After the cut-off, payment may be authorised or taken and the order may enter preparation, so changes may only apply to later deliveries.

Yes. Change your Regular Order frequency to weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly before your next order is prepared.
