Ekici's cream cheese in the 400g tub. Thick, creamy, mildly tangy, spreadable. Turkish-style, milder than Philadelphia but the same working principle. Spread on warm bread with olives and tomato for kahvaltı, into sandwiches, or stirred through pasta for a quick sauce.
