Amoy Supreme Dark Soy Sauce

A 500ml bottle of dark soy sauce, thicker and less salty than the light variant, with a deep colour that stains rice a rich brown. Use for braised dishes and stir-fries where you want colour and body, or a slow-cooked lamb with soy and star anise. Contains soy and gluten.
