Warehouse Deals in Bristol: bulk halal groceries at multipack prices
How Halal Bristol's Warehouse Deals work — bulk pricing on the halal groceries families reorder every week. Multipack drinks, snacks, tea and dry goods below single-item totals.
Halal certified · Hand slaughtered · Delivered to any BS postcode
Warehouse Deals is the multipack pricing tier on Halal Bristol. Same halal-certified stock as the rest of the grocery shelf, priced as a bundle instead of per item, delivered together with your regular basket. This page explains how the pricing works, what fits into a bundle and what doesn't, and how the delivery mechanics are exactly the same as any other Halal Bristol order.
What Warehouse Deals is
A dedicated shelf on the site — /warehouse — where products from the standard catalogue are re-listed in fixed multipacks (12, 18, 24…) at a bundle price below the per-item total.
Every bundle card shows:
- Pack rozette (e.g. "12 PACK") on the image so you know the pack size at a glance.
- Save badge (e.g. "Save £2.89") in the corner — the automatic difference between single-item total and bundle price.
- Bundle price in bold, alongside the strikethrough single-item comparison price.
- Add button — bundle goes straight to your basket as one line.
Save numbers and strikethrough prices are calculated by the site, not typed in by the admin — so a bundle listing can't publish a misleading discount. If the maths doesn't work, no Save badge shows.
How the pricing actually works
Every product on Halal Bristol has a single-item price. Warehouse Deals doesn't change that price — it wraps the product in a bundle row with a pack count and a bundle price.
- Compare price = single-item price × pack count. Rendered as strikethrough on the card.
- Bundle price = what you pay for the whole multipack. The main price on the card.
- Save = Compare − Bundle. Rendered as the corner badge.
Example, drawn from the Product Options build brief:
- Product: Monster Energy 500ml
- Single-item price on shelf: £1.49
- Pack count: 12
- Compare price (auto): 12 × £1.49 = £17.88
- Bundle price (admin sets): £14.99
- Save badge (auto): £2.89
Numbers on this page are illustrative — actual bundle prices are set in the admin panel.
What kind of products fit into a bundle
Warehouse Deals is deliberately not the whole grocery shelf. It suits products where a household actually goes through a multipack of the same thing.
Fits well:
- Drinks (500ml Monster, 330ml canned juice, sparkling water, Turkish ayran, cola). Households reorder these by the case.
- Snacks and biscuits. Multipack Turkish biscuit boxes, spice packs, breakfast bars, individual crisp bags.
- Dry pantry goods. Tea, coffee, dried herbs, rice, bulgur, pulses. A month's worth of loose-leaf black tea comes cheaper as a multipack than a single tin.
- Household basics. Cooking oil, sugar, salt, flour when the pack sizes make sense.
Doesn't fit:
- Perishable meat. Meat pricing lives on the Build Your Box shelf; the pack-and-save model doesn't apply to a fridge-life-limited product.
- Fresh dairy. Same reason — short use-by windows mean you don't want a case of yoghurt sitting in the fridge for a week.
- Anything under a couple of pounds per unit. The Save badge stops looking meaningful.
How the delivery works
Warehouse Deals ship with the rest of your basket. No separate order, no separate delivery fee, no separate cut-off:
- Same-day cut-off: 2pm (14:00).
- Delivery window: 2pm to 10pm.
- Minimum order: £45.
- Delivery fee: £4.99 below £65, free at £65+.
A basket that mixes a meat box, some individual grocery items and a Warehouse Deals bundle goes out as a single delivery. The bundle is treated as one line on your order confirmation.

Bundle stock is tracked separately from single-item stock
Every bundle row has its own stock count, separate from the single-item shelf. What this means in practice:
- A bundle can be temporarily unavailable while the single-item version is still in stock (we ran out of the multipack quantity but individual units are on the shelf).
- A single item can be out of stock while the bundle is still available (unusual — usually the opposite direction).
- When a bundle sells out, the card shows "Temporarily unavailable" and cannot be added to a basket. Single-item purchasing continues.
Bundles don't split. The pack count is fixed — you can't order half a 12-pack. If you want a smaller quantity of the same product, the single-item shelf on /groceries is where you go.
What Warehouse Deals is NOT
- Not a loyalty programme. No membership, no annual fee, no gated pricing.
- Not a subscription. Buy the bundle once, add it again next time you need one. Or set the whole basket as a Regular Order if the rhythm suits you.
- Not a wholesale channel. The bundles are sized for household consumption over weeks, not restaurant / trade quantities.
- Not a clearance shelf. Bundle stock is fresh, same-catalogue, same certification. Prices are structured, not markdown.
Common questions
Can I mix Warehouse Deals with meat orders? Yes. Everything ships as one basket, one delivery.
Does the WELCOMEHALAL first-order code apply to Warehouse Deals? Yes. The code covers the delivery fee on one eligible first order regardless of what's in the basket.
Can I request a specific bundle you don't currently offer? Yes. Message us — we add bundle rows to the admin panel when a product has repeat demand at multipack quantities.
Do the bundles ever go on promo? Bundle rows in the admin panel support an optional promo window (start + end date). When a promo is active on a bundle, the card shows a small "Promo" pill; when the window ends the price reverts to the normal bundle price. Promo periods are announced in the newsletter.
Where do I check my basket total? Bundles show as a single line at the bundle price. The cart drawer and checkout summary display them alongside your other items — same running total, same subtotal, same delivery fee logic.
