A litre of Turkish extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed from Aegean-region olives. Grassy, faintly peppery on the finish, honest with warm bread and a pinch of salt. Use raw for finishing salads and hummus; the flavour softens with heat but the peppery note stays. Store cool and dark once opened. Contains no allergens on the ingredient list.
