A litre of Turkish apple cider vinegar, fermented from pressed apples and clear golden. Use in dressings, splash into slow-cooked lamb stews to lift the fat, or dilute with water and drink a small measure in the morning as some Anatolian households have done for generations. Store cool, out of direct sunlight. Contains no allergens on the ingredient list.
