Gazi Krem Kaymak

A pot of thick clotted cream in the Turkish kaymak tradition. Skimmed from simmered milk, folded until dense and yellow-white, served fresh at breakfast with warm bread and honey. Kaymak is the counterweight to sharp white cheese and salty olives on a Middle Eastern breakfast table, and pairs well with baklava or a hot glass of tea. Store chilled, use within a few days of opening. Contains dairy.
