A 400g pack of vermicelli, the very thin pasta strand that toasts in butter and folds into a Middle Eastern rice pilav. Break the strands into short lengths, toast in ghee until amber, then add rice and stock and cook covered until fluffy. Contains gluten and may contain traces of egg.
