Kolios Labneh

Kolios labneh, 200g. Greek-style strained yoghurt cheese.

Labneh is strained yoghurt: thick enough to spoon, tangy, rich. Kolios's 200g version is a proper Greek-style labneh, close in texture to a soft cheese. Spread on warm flatbread with olive oil and za'atar, spooned onto salads, or into a mezze plate. Standard on the Levantine breakfast table.
