A 250ml bottle of Turkish extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed from Aegean-region olives. Grassy, faintly peppery, honest with warm bread and a pinch of salt. Use raw to finish salads, hummus and roasted vegetables; the peppery note softens with heat but the flavour holds. Contains no allergens on the ingredient list.
