Ribeye Steak

340g. Halal ribeye steak, prepared to hand-slaughter standards. Well-marbled, pan or grill.

Ribeye is the pan steak. Cut from the rib section with generous marbling running through the muscle, so it stays juicy at any temperature between rare and medium. Ours is aged, prepared to hand-slaughter standards, and cut to weight. Best cooked hot and fast: high heat, one flip, rested before slicing. Traditional partner for a proper steak dinner, but also excellent sliced into a wrap or on top of rice. Sold by the kilogram, cut to your preferred thickness on the day it leaves us.
