Aytaç Beef Sausage

Aytaç beef sausage, 500g. A breakfast sausage.

A 500g pack of beef sausages from the Turkish brand Aytaç, made with beef, water, salt and spices in a natural beef casing. The seasoning is mild, so they sit comfortably on a family breakfast plate and suit children who find sucuk too strong. They brown evenly in a pan or under the grill. Fry them with eggs for Turkish sosisli yumurta alongside olives, cheese and tea, serve them with beans, mushrooms and toast for a weekend breakfast, or slice them into a pot of red lentil soup or a pasta bake. Cut a few shallow slits across each one before frying so they cook evenly and do not burst. Check the pack for allergen information.
