A pack of thin round Turkish lahmacun bases topped with a spiced lamb-and-tomato mince, the sort of thing every Turkish household orders through a working week. Frozen; bake in a hot oven eight to ten minutes until the edges curl and the topping bubbles. Squeeze lemon, scatter parsley, roll and eat straight from the oven. Contains gluten and may contain traces of sesame.
