A 2kg bag of tosya rice from the Black Sea region of Turkey, prized by home cooks for its round, absorbent grain. Rinse three times, soak twenty minutes in warm salted water, then cook with butter and stock until the grain fluffs up and the top of the pot steams a light ring. The classical grain for a pilav, and the one to reach for when the family is coming over. Contains no allergens on the ingredient list.
