Dimes Apricot

A litre of apricot nectar in the Turkish tradition, pressed from ripe Malatya-style apricots and lightly sweetened. Golden orange, thick enough to coat the glass, and pleasantly tart on the finish. Serve chilled at breakfast with a wedge of white cheese and warm bread, or pour over ice for iftar. Also useful reduced with a pinch of cinnamon to glaze a lamb shoulder. Store in the fridge once opened and use within a week. No allergens on the ingredient list.
