East End Toor Dall 2kg (Dry)

East End toor dall (split pigeon peas), 2kg bag.

Toor dall, also called arhar or tuvar dal, is split pigeon pea, the everyday dal in many Indian and Pakistani homes. It cooks down to a smooth, comforting dal. Rinse well, simmer until soft, then finish with a tarka of ghee, cumin, garlic and chilli. Serve with rice or chapati.
