Garam Masala

Garam masala, 100g. Classic North Indian warm spice blend.

Garam masala is the finishing spice mix of North Indian cooking: cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, coriander, black pepper. Added at the end of cooking for warmth. Standard use: stir in during the last 2 minutes of a curry or biryani, or dust onto rice pilaf.
