German kombi-style white cheese, 500g. Milder profile.

A German-produced Bulgarian-style brined white cheese in the 500g pack. Milder and less sharp than a proper Balkan feta, closer to a mainstream European approach to the format. A good introduction if you find traditional beyaz peynir too salty. On the breakfast plate cubed, into salads, or folded into savoury pastries.
