A 400g pack of fusilli or burgu, spiral pasta useful for the salads and bakes where you want the sauce to catch inside the twist. Boil to al dente in salted water, drain and toss with garlic, olive oil and a scatter of parsley. Contains gluten and may contain traces of egg.
