A pack of small Turkish mini-lahmacun bases, palm-sized rounds of thin dough with a spiced lamb-tomato topping. Made for iftar mezze spreads and children who like their own portion. Bake straight from frozen in a hot oven six to eight minutes; serve with lemon and a scatter of parsley. Contains gluten; may contain traces of sesame.
