Lahmacun is the thin, crisp flatbread of southern Turkey and the Levant, where it is called lahm bi ajeen, traditionally spread with minced meat, tomato, onion, pepper and herbs before baking. This pack holds four smaller rounds, frozen, so a Turkish-style lunch or snack is a short spell in the oven away. Eat them the way they are served in Turkey: squeeze over lemon, add parsley, sliced red onion and a little sumac, roll them up and eat by hand, with a glass of ayran.
