A 700g pack of Turkish spinach böreği in layered filo. Frozen; bake straight from frozen in a hot oven twenty-five to thirty minutes until the top browns and shatters when you tap it. Cut into squares, rest a few minutes, serve as a mezze course or a light main with salad. Contains gluten and dairy.
