A 700g pack of Turkish su böreği layered with spiced minced beef and herbs, the sort of thing an Anatolian aunt makes for the family that's coming home for Bayram. Frozen; bake straight from frozen in a hot oven twenty-five to thirty minutes until the top is golden brown. Rest five minutes before you cut. Contains gluten and dairy.
