ZAAD Adana Kebabs

A 600g pack of frozen Adana-style kebabs, a spiced ground-lamb mix shaped onto a flat skewer. Grill on a hot pan or under the broiler until the outside chars and the middle stays juicy, six to eight minutes total. Serve with warm pide, sumac onion, parsley and a wedge of lemon. Contains gluten; may contain traces of dairy and sesame.
