Aytac Sucuk - Garlic Sausage

Whole Aytaç sucuk in the 1kg size. Same spiced beef sucuk as the smaller versions, in a length that a family can slice down through the week. Garlic, cumin, paprika worked through fine beef, aged in natural casing. Slice as you go for breakfast sucuklu yumurta, tuck slices into a pide, or add to lentil soup at the last minute. Halal certified, no pork. The family size of the dry, spiced beef sausage that Turkish breakfasts are built around. Slice it thick and fry it in a dry pan; cook eggs in the fat it gives off, or use the slices on pide, in a toastie or in a pot of beans. Keep refrigerated. Once cut, wrap the end well and use within two weeks, or slice and freeze a portion.
