Ezine peyniri is one of Turkey's protected regional white cheeses, made in the Ezine district. This is a Sütaş version in the Ezine style: firmer than everyday beyaz peynir, sharper mineral flavour, longer brine. A stronger choice for the breakfast plate, cheese board, or salads. Not a melting cheese. 1.5kg family block, for households that eat white cheese daily.
