A ready-made tarama salad in the Aegean style, made from cured fish roe blended with bread, lemon and oil until pale pink and creamy. Scoop onto warm pide or pita, garnish with a pinch of dill, and serve as part of a mezze spread. Store chilled, use within a few days of opening, and stir the surface with a spoon if any oil separates. Contains fish and gluten. 250g tub, delivered chilled with your Friday or Saturday order.
