Aytac Tzatziki

A classic Turkish and Greek yoghurt cucumber dip, grated cucumber folded through strained yoghurt with garlic, dill and a whisper of olive oil. Cool, bright and quietly rich. Serve chilled next to grilled meats, roast vegetables or a pilav. Also a good spread for kofte wraps and the family Friday-night kebab table. Keeps for a few days after opening if you press a spoon flat over the surface to keep the air out. Contains dairy. 250g tub.
