Storage: Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Use within 2 days of delivery or freeze on arrival in portioned bags and use within 3 months.
Preparation: Cook to at least 74°C throughout. Pan-fry 4 to 5 minutes a side over medium-high heat, or bake at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes. Marinate at least 30 minutes in yogurt for tender results.
