Drumsticks are the family cut. Bone-in, skin-on, forgiving in the oven, and a favourite with kids because there is a handle. More flavour than breast, less fiddly than wings, and priced for feeding a table. Roast, BBQ, marinate and grill, or throw into a tray bake with rice and vegetables. Also the standard cut for Persian jujeh kebab and West African peanut stew. Hand-slaughtered under HMC oversight, cut fresh, sold by the kilogram.
