Wings are the BBQ cut. Skin-on and bone-in, they crisp beautifully under high heat and carry a marinade to the bone. This is a whole-wing pack: drumette and flat together. Standard uses: buffalo, Korean, sticky honey-garlic, Turkish spice-rub, jerk. Also good baked from raw with sumac and lemon. Prepared to hand-slaughter standards, cut fresh, sold by the kilogram.

Storage: Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Use within 2 days of delivery or freeze on the day of delivery and use within 3 months.
Preparation: Cook to at least 74°C at the bone. Oven at 220°C for 30 minutes, flipping halfway, or BBQ over medium heat for 20 minutes. Toss in sauce during the last 5 minutes so it does not burn.
