Chicken Wings

Halal chicken wings, hand-slaughtered. BBQ and party cut.

Wings are the BBQ cut. Skin-on and bone-in, they crisp beautifully under high heat and carry a marinade to the bone. This is a whole-wing pack: drumette and flat together. Standard uses: buffalo, Korean, sticky honey-garlic, Turkish spice-rub, jerk. Also good baked from raw with sumac and lemon. Hand-slaughtered under HMC oversight, cut fresh, sold by the kilogram.
