Halal Signature Marinated Chicken Wings

A 1kg pack of chicken wings already in their marinade, so they go straight from the pack onto a tray or the barbecue. The skin crisps and the marinade caramelises at the edges, while the meat underneath stays moist on the bone. It is an easy way to feed a table at a weekend gathering or on a busy weeknight. Serve them with garlic sauce, chips and salad for a takeaway-style meal at home, alongside rice and grilled vegetables, or as part of a barbecue spread with flatbread and pickles. In the oven, lay them on a rack set over a tray so the heat reaches every side. Ask us for the marinade ingredients and allergen details if anyone at the table has an allergy.
