Anari is the Cypriot fresh whey cheese, mild and lightly sweet, similar to ricotta. Fino's version, 250g tub. On the breakfast plate with fresh fruit and honey, in Cypriot desserts (traditional in pastides), or in savoury dishes as a milder cheese option.
