Fish seasoning, 100g. Lemon, herb, pepper blend for white fish.

A blended fish rub: lemon zest, black pepper, dill, parsley, garlic, salt. Bright, fresh, matches white fish and prawns. Standard use: sprinkle onto fish 10 minutes before cooking. Also into batter for fried fish.
