Istanbul Edirne-style cheese, 400g. Firm brined Turkish cheese.

Edirne peyniri is a regional Turkish white cheese from the north-west (Edirne, near the Greek border). Firmer crumb than everyday beyaz peynir, longer brine, sharper finish. A cheese with a proper regional character. On the breakfast plate, crumbled into a summer salad with watermelon, or paired with honey and walnuts. 400g pack.
