Istanbul Lahmacun (Turkish Pizza)

A pack of round Turkish lahmacun bases topped with spiced lamb-and-tomato mince, the sort of thing you eat rolled with lemon and parsley on a busy Wednesday. Bake straight from frozen in a hot oven eight to ten minutes until the topping bubbles and the edge lifts. Squeeze lemon on top, tear parsley, roll tight and eat while it is still hot. Contains gluten; may contain traces of sesame.
