Halal lamb chops, hand-slaughtered. Grill or pan-sear.

Lamb chops are the fast cut. Bone-in, generous fat cap, ready to hit a hot pan or grill. Ours are cut from the rack and loin, hand-slaughtered under HMC oversight. Standard on the Turkish, Arab, Persian and Indian dinner table. Marinate with lemon, garlic and cumin, or the classic Persian saffron-and-onion combination for chelow kebab. Also common in North African tagine when quickly seared first. Sold by the kilogram, cut fresh.
