Feta from Larissa (northern Greece) in the 200g size. Traditional Greek-style feta: sheep and goat milk mix, brined until sharp, firm crumb. Crumbled onto Greek salad, folded into spanakopita, cubed with olives and warm bread. Different profile from Turkish beyaz peynir: sharper, saltier, more mineral.
