Nefis Erzincan tulum cheese, 450g. Traditional aged Turkish cheese.

Erzincan tulum is another famous region for Turkish tulum cheese, in the east of Turkey. Nefis's version is aged, sharp, crumbly. Full-flavoured, not for the shy. On a cheese board with walnuts and honey, crumbled over a bean salad, or folded into a cheese börek. Traditional weekend breakfast in eastern Turkey.
