Larger Bulgarian sheep white cheese, family size.

The 570g family version of Sofra's Bulgarian sheep white cheese. Same sharp, mineral flavour and firm brine cure as the 200g pack, in the practical size for a household that eats it multiple mornings a week. Goes into breakfast plates, börek filling, salads, and Turkish spinach dishes. Not a melting cheese: do not use it on pide or grilled toast, that is what kaşkaval is for.
