Thaw the pack before opening, then peel the sheets apart one at a time and keep the rest under a damp cloth so they do not dry out. Fill with spiced meat, chicken, cheese or vegetables, roll up and fry or bake until golden. They also make samosas and crisp parcels for iftar. Contains gluten (wheat).
