A 400g bag of frozen leaf spinach, blanched and portioned into loose leaves that thaw fast in a hot pan. Wilt with garlic and olive oil, or fold through a béchamel to layer under lasagne. The freezer is the honest home for leafy greens: harvested at peak, locked in the moment they went into the tunnel. No allergens on the ingredient list.
