A 450g pack of frozen meat-filled dumplings from Ülker's Marifet range, made in the style of Turkish mantı. Small parcels of thin dough are filled with a seasoned meat mixture and frozen, which saves the hours of rolling and folding that homemade mantı takes, the kind of job families usually share around a table. Serve them the way mantı is eaten in Turkey: under a layer of garlic yoghurt, with butter melted with pul biber and a little tomato paste spooned over the top, and a pinch of dried mint and sumac.
