Kaymaklı yoğurt is Turkish yoghurt with a layer of clotted cream on top. Rich, thick, indulgent. Yayla's 800g tub is the traditional format. For breakfast with honey and walnuts, or spooned onto dessert. A treat rather than an everyday yoghurt.
