Yörem's take on Erzincan tulum: aged, crumbly, sharp. 350g pack, one of the smaller sizes if you want to try tulum without committing to a big block. On the cheese board, crumbled onto a salad, or folded into a savoury pastry filling. Also excellent on toast with olive oil and fresh tomato.
