Who it's for

This is the box for a household that eats a bit of everything and does not want to plan the week cut by cut. Chicken, lamb and beef arrive together, so the same delivery covers a roast, a stew, a mince night and something quick for the evenings when nobody wants to cook.

Storing it

Put everything in the fridge as soon as it arrives. Anything you will not cook within a day or two, freeze on the day of delivery in meal-sized bags, flat so it thaws quickly. Thaw overnight in the fridge, never on the counter.

What to cook first
