Best Farm's tulum made with sheep milk. Sheep milk gives it more mineral character and richer flavour than cow versions. Aged, crumbly, salty, complex. One of the more specialist cheeses on the Turkish shelf. Serve on a cheese board, or crumbled into a bean salad. Also traditional in some regional Turkish pastries.
