A 400g pack of shredded kadayıf pastry strands for the home baker planning künefe, kadayıf nests or pistachio-stuffed dessert rolls. Toss the strands with warmed butter or ghee before you spread them into the tray, then bake until they turn gold at the edges. Serve hot with a slow honey-lemon syrup and a scatter of chopped pistachio. Contains gluten.
