A 1kg bag of broccoli florets, blanched and frozen at peak so they cook through in three minutes. Steam straight from frozen, blister in a hot pan with garlic and chilli, or throw into a stir-fry near the end. The convenience is real: a green vegetable ready in the time it takes to boil the rice.
