Sütaş süzme cheese, 500g. Thick, spreadable, Turkish breakfast staple.

Süzme peynir is the Turkish spreadable curd cheese: milky, mildly tangy, thicker than yoghurt and spread onto warm bread like butter. Sütaş's version is the reference for the Turkish breakfast table. Standard on kahvaltı: on warm bread with olives, or with a spoonful of honey and crushed walnuts. Also good stirred through pasta or spread onto toast with fresh tomato. 500g tub.
